The initial Human Design Foundation Reading provides the essential information for beginning your journey into truly living your design. Once you’ve been experimenting with the knowledge for a while, you may want additional guidance or wonder what else the Human Design System has to offer.
The deconditioning process takes time and it can be helpful to receive ongoing support as you more deeply integrate the knowledge in your life. This is often a process of coming to greater awareness of one’s true self while slowly letting go of the false sense of self which is a result of years of mental decision making, coping/adaptive strategies, and influences from others and the environment.
In addition, Human Design provides a step by step path of supporting the differentiated body and form consciousness, aligning with one’s correct environment and seeing, and ultimately the full expression of self and the life you are here to live. This approach is referred to as “The Four Transformations” which are based on a deeper reading of your design that includes dietary regimen, correct environment, view/perspective, and motivation. Note: an exact or rectified time of birth is needed for this work.
In these sessions, we will go through each transformational step, exploring your unique design within the context of your life and direct experience. The aim is to give you a solid overview of the Four Transformations and support your experimentation through the process.
The sessions will be conducted privately in the comfort of your own surroundings using Zoom and are recommended to be scheduled as five 60 minute sessions over several months. We will start with a review of your BodyGraph with an emphasis on not-self conditioning and then move onto the transformational steps. We will also have an opportunity for us to check-in, talk through any significant issues, questions, or events in your life using Human Design as a framework.
