Once you’ve had your Human Design Foundation Reading, you can take advantage of more focused follow-up sessions to support your integration of the knowledge.
The initial session provides a depth of information that is foundational for beginning your journey into truly living your design but can also feel overwhelming. For most people, one session is not enough to fully apply the information — this takes time and experimentation within the context of one’s daily life.
This is often a process of coming to greater awareness of one’s true self while slowly deconditioning the false sense of self which is a result of years of mental decision making, coping/adaptive strategies, and influences from others and the environment. During this process, it can be very helpful to receive ongoing guidance as the knowledge goes deeper into one’s awareness and experience.
In these hour or two-hour Zoom sessions, my orientation is to bring you closer to yourself by following your own strategy and inner authority. We can discuss the issues and experiences that present through the lens of Human Design and address any questions that arise in the deconditioning process.
